Introduces students to the Rutgers Future Scholars (RFS) program and the basic skills, practices, and ethics of mentoring high school scholars from economically and educationally challenged backgrounds within the New Brunswick and Piscataway community. This course examines contemporary inequalities and barriers to access higher education and initiatives to address educational access.
