What attracted you to Rutgers University and the Honors/Scholars Program?
My sister urged me to apply.
Why did you choose your major and minor?
I love reading, thinking, and writing.
Tell us a little bit about what you're doing now. What was your first job after Rutgers? Where do you live?
I moved back to Jersey City after graduation. I got a job as an Executive Assistant for a family office in Manhattan one month after graduation. I am still working there.
What has been your greatest professional and/or personal accomplishment since you graduated Rutgers?
I applied to Hunter College MA English program and was accepted. This will be my last semester.
Was there a class and/or experience at Rutgers that led you to pursue your current career?
Every class!
What three words describe your experience at Rutgers and the Honors Program?
Fulfilling. Challenging. Fun.
How has your Rutgers and Honors education benefited you in your post-Rutgers life?
I still keep in touch with professors and former classmates. These connections are fulfilling and I am still learning from them.
What advice do you have for our current SAS Honors Program students?
Work hard but enjoy this unique experience.
